Hotel Boutique Casa Mariano

About my third time staying at this hotel and was the best experience. The rooms are very spacious and have lots of accommodations added with it! The terrace is lovely and has such a great view and has dining on top along with it. The staff is lovely and try so hard to help everyone out. Such great decorations as well! My family and I loved staying at the Hotel Marianous!

It’s okay for the price. It’s not ADA friendly (no elevators) when it comes to the stairs going up the terrace that’s why I removed a star, I was only able to visit the terrace once .. but they did accommodate my room to be in the first floor which I’m glad. Friendly people, and the room was comfortable. I will add that if you’re not used to the noise at 5 am you will be woken up by loud birds and the train running across the city in the mornings. Not a problem for me , I’m used to the noise but others won’t be as happy with that. Great hotel

1. Poor facilities: What you see on the internet is not what you get. 2. Improvised furniture, not even a decent wardrobe. 3. Rusty faucet in the bathroom and a shower curtain that falls every time and is mouldy and dirty. 4. Not the minimum decent standard for hotel, bad electric installations, and no windows in the room. 5. Want to charge your phone? Do it on the floor. That's where the sockets are. 6.Not disability or elderly friendly as the terrace is accessible only by stairs 3 floors up. 7. Noisy, all the reception movement gets into the room. I really struggled to decide to review this place, and I was thinking about the people working there, but even their service doesn't compensate for the disasterous room they gave me. For the price, I ve got a way better hotel in Guadalajara city.
