You can really taste the tradition and care in every bite. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a special meal without feeling too formal. What makes it even better is the on-site shop, where you can buy high-quality local ingredients, including their amazing mole, to take home. It's the perfect way to bring a taste of Puebla with you. Excellent service, great food, and an authentic experience all around!

Wonderful! We got a great deal staying here during the quiet season. The room was HUGE, bright, and immaculate. Super comfy bed. The shower and bath were a highlight. Such a beautiful building too; I cannot recommend enough.

Awesome hotel on a that's a block away from where the historic down starts. Service was top-notch when checking in and extremely personal. The rooms were huge and felt very upscale. The pool was well-maintained and had pool-side drink service as well. My only nit-pick was that they only included 1 caffeinated nespresso pod each morning to be shared for the two of us. The other pod was decaf.
