This charming boutique hotel is centrally located in Santiago and boasts a friendly, knowledgeable staff. A daily cocktail hour provides a wonderful opportunity for guests to connect. The surrounding neighborhood is very walkable, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Staff were super communicative, flexible and helpful. Room was a bit small but had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Close to many cafes, restaurants, attractions. Including Pablo Neruda’s house! Complimentary wine in the afternoon was a delightful way to meet other hotel guests. Breakfast garden setting and food offerings were lovely & delicious. A bit difficult to find the entrance - but stay with it. It’s so worth it!
Best hotel we stayed at in Chile. Well looked after by helpful, friendly team of staff. Room (#1) contained fridge, air-conditioning, safe, cozy bed/pillows, etc. Breakfast offered a decent choice for everyone. Tea/coffee on offer throughout the day with no hidden 'extras.' And happy hour is a great idea! Situated in safe area of Bellavista. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.
