Beautiful venue with amazing service. We had our wedding here last month and it was truly amazing. The quality of the staff and property were impressive. The location is in tip top shape and the wedding itself was beautiful. Guests are still talking about the quality of the food and the service. Party went on until 5:30am! It rained on our wedding day (very rare for June), but the plan B options were also really beautiful in the Casona. Our planner, Kelsey, also was so attentive to us throughout the process. Highly recommend.

We recently had our wedding at Hotel de las Mercedes in Toledo, and it was truly the best day of our lives. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The setting was beautiful, the atmosphere magical, and the service exceptional. We want to give a heartfelt thank you to the amazing team who helped make our day unforgettable—Sara, Kelsey, Marina, Coral, Bianca, and Ana. Each of you played such an important role, and we are so grateful for your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. A special mention goes to Coral, our wedding planner, who was simply fantastic. She was incredibly organised, calm, and reassuring throughout the entire day. Knowing she was in charge allowed us to completely relax and enjoy every moment. She truly made our day. The drinks were amazing, the food was even better, and every little detail exceeded our expectations. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how perfect everything was. Thank you all again for helping us create the most magical day of our lives. We couldn’t have asked for more. We got married at Cigarral de las Mercedes in June 2025 and we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding. Our ceremony and reception with spectacular panoramic views of Toledo, we felt so fortunate to be able to get married here. From the moment you walk into Cigarral de las Mercedes you are greeted with stunning grounds and florals and extremely kind and attentive staff. The staff at Cigarral de las Mercedes made our whole experience seamless. Kelsey was great to work with and made the whole process easy. They listened to all our specific requests and the attention to detail was second to none. The food at the wedding was absolutely mouth-watering, and there was so much of it. All of our guests raved about the canapes and dinner. Outside of the wedding, at the hotel the pool bar menu and breakfast was also delicious. The rooms, having recently been upgraded, were beautiful and elegant and the service at all parts of the hotel were excellent. We really couldn't recommend Cigarral de las Mercedes more, as a wedding venue or as a hotel.
