Nos alojamos por la aerolínea avianca ya que retrasó nuestro vuelo y la comida estuvo horrible, parecía en mal estado así que nos tocó salir a comer. Y las habitaciones tenían mal olor
This hotel is too bad for business events, don't vote your money there, the service is TERRIBLE, the food IS TERRIBLE. I was in training for 3 days and I got food poisoning and we saw how they repeated the food from the previous day to the new ones who entered the hotel. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE They do not have enough capacity to attend several events at the same time, and yet they commit, what a lack of honesty, they do not let people even eat when they are already lifting the plate with food so they can continue with the next event.
