I really loved staying here, the staff are all so friendly and speak good English. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on! The cleaners regularly cleaned our rooms, replenished the toiletries and gave us clean towels every day. I was a little worried about the reviews, about the cleanliness and people taking things out of rooms but this never happened during my stay. The only thing I think could improve the room is the shower could do with a bit of mold spray to remove some of the limescale - as shown in the pictures I took. The pool area is amazing, so well kept and beautiful. It's perfect as it overlooks the beach which is beautiful! My only criticism would be for the sun beds to be cleaned as they have large orange coloured marks on them which is a little off putting. There isn't much information about the roof top on the website but I would recommend you go up to the 3rd level, it's available to residents and the views are spectacular. You have the mountains on one side and the beach on the other. As for staying in Castelldefels, it's a good option if you want somewhere a little quieter than Barcelona City, you're right next to the beach which is lovely, the sea is so warm and there are some water sports you can do. There are plenty restaurants to dine at but they are very hitty missy so definitely do your research before trying places and many of the workers in the restaurants don't speak a lot of English so beware. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, the staff are amazing, it's clean, close proximity to the beach, a 20 minute walk to the train station. And I will definitely be staying here again whenever I'm travelling to Barcelona.

This is the perfect hotel for an escape from the city. The staff is the nicest ever, the rooms are clean and always well maintained, the drinks and restaurant are top tier. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to spend a few days in castelldefels in from of the beach.

On photo, this looked like the perfect hotel for me and my family. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the rooms were really, REALLY filthy. When we asked them to clean again they were still disgusting. The walls were covered in dead insects and filth. Everywhere dust and hair. They even left our door open after “cleaning” so everyone could enter our room. In the yard were dead animals which they did not remove when asking. They never cleaned our rooms when staying there, they only put back out towels and bed. The rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything and everyone. There is a lot of glass with handprints that weren’t ours. The pictures are pictures AFTER we asked them to clean again. I do NOT recommend staying there.
