Hotel Boutique Duomo

Hotel is nice, a bit overpriced. For the price of 'deluxe' room we had the smallest room in the hotel. Looking for the size of the other rooms asked us to be moved into another one but been refused as they were busy. In fact there was a normal size room staying opened and apparently not occupied for three days. On top of that there was no breakfast included. They couldn't be bothered to replace the empty bottle of shower gel for days and the 'new' towels looked like been washed just with water and no detergent. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.

The place itself nice, refurbished. But its so tiny that everything inside feels like a little corridor. We got a huge room but it was dirty and also felt like a corridor. The hotel offers some very good things for example smart tv, shower and bath in the room. But for example the smart tv remote was out of battery, in the shower there were no lights and the bath in the room was dirty. I would not recommend this place but it wasnt so bad to stay for 4 days.

As the location of hotel is close to the tram, it is useful but by the time we entered the hotel the person on the desk directly asked for the money even before showing us the rooms. The rooms that face the road are noisy and in the opposite rooms have a really bad smell just like a swell. The employees except the women who was responsible for breakfast was extremely polite. The problem is that she is a person who doesn't like her job and she was very rude. With no doubt, this hotel doesn't even deserve a star.
