As coordinator of an event held during Easter, a time that was especially complicated due to the high demand for services, I can say that the HOTEL BOUTIQUE GAO was a true ally. I was looking for a place for 34 people, many of them families, and the hotel managed to accommodate them excellently, taking care of every detail to guarantee comfort and tranquility for all participants. From the beginning, the contracting was clear, the prices were very affordable for the quality of the service, and the payment process was agile and uncomplicated. Throughout the stay, various inconveniences arose, typical of the logistics of an event in high season, but the hotel team responded quickly, willingly and efficiently, making everything flow better than expected. I especially highlight the constant communication between the receptionists and me as coordinator, which allowed us to anticipate or overcome any difficulties, maintaining the harmony of the group and the development of the event without major setbacks. The reception was quick, the orientations were very punctual, and the hotel's atmosphere, familiar and orderly, helped a lot to make the participants feel at ease. The breakfast was spectacular, with excellent presentation, flavor and variety. They took into account the activities that the group would do, it was nutritious and gave them the necessary energy. Without a doubt, the service provided was excellent from start to finish. I completely recommend the HOTEL BOUTIQUE GAO, especially for business or family events. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely count on them again for future activities.

I would stay again. Excellent service and Mrs. Isabel was an excellent person, excellent service. We left with very pleasant memories of her and the hotel. 😍 Gaby and Edwin would return to the GAO.
