Hotel Boutique Los Almirantes

An unpayable debt. I stayed at this hotel on the night of Saturday August 27th to Sunday August 28th, 2016 and I have to tell you about my experience... I arrived at 1pm on Saturday, we checked in and left our suitcases. It was our anniversary and we had chosen one of the suites that had all kinds of luxuries and a welcome detail of petals. We were out all day and when we returned around 8:00 p.m. we couldn't take a shower since there was no hot water, and the refrigerator didn't get cold. We also couldn't use the jacuzzi since the boiler wasn't working. We contacted the hotel reception and the treatment was very good at all times. They apologized to us and always offered us solutions such as bringing us an ice bucket to cool drinks, etc. The hotel manager contacted me and told me that the room was fully paid for, that we would not have to pay anything and that also to compensate us we could use the spa they have in the hotel indefinitely, privately and free of charge. They lent us bathrobes and flip flops and gave us a bottle of freixenet to share. All this to compensate for the problem that existed, which could also have been solved before midnight. They told us that it was not normal and that it was something exceptional. The cleanliness of the Hotel was very good and its buffet breakfast was very complete and with many details such as natural juice. The truth is that it is the best hotel in relation to quality and price that I have been to and I would repeat not because they will invite me but because there is a lack of hotels where they are responsible for compensating clients who cannot enjoy the services they have reserved. The WORST of all was finding out when doing the late check out at 1:30 p.m. at no cost either that the hotel was closing since it was an investment and the project that had lasted 5 years was going to end... Many families were unemployed and a hotel that truly cares about its clients closed. It's all a shame, honestly, I left with a bittersweet taste since I won't be able to pay off this debt I have with them. Very friendly staff, very careful treatment, very well-equipped and elegant rooms, very comfortable beds. recommendable experience. The hotel does not detract from the town.

COLD!!!! We were freezing, the air conditioning didn't work. The pillow was like a rock. You can't be cold in a hotel, and comfort is a priority. There's no staff at night, so if you have a problem, you're in trouble! The breakfast was very comprehensive and everything was delicious. The town is nice, with lots of tapas and good restaurants at reasonable prices.
