We stayed here for 5 nights and we loved our stay here. Staff was always very friendly. One night we got caught by the rain walking around the city.. and when we got to the hotel’s front door they immediately offered a towel for us, such a kind gesture. Our room was clean and spacious with tv, AC, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean and nice too. A few blocks away from the Centro Historico and restaurants. We would definitely come back here.
Stay away, they do not offer parking! We received a parking ticket, the shared lot was full, no accountability! We had to apear in court to find out what the parking fee was! 4 hours later, the hotel never took accountability or was never apologetic for the position they put us in, we received sarcasm at check out, the cherry on top! Never again! I had 7 rooms my entire family do you think they would try and help? Nope not their problem
They told us to park in a parking garage down the street free of charge, my family ended up receiving parking tickets. The hotel nor the parking garage took accountability and were rude upon us checking out. If you have a car do not stay at this hotel.
