I loved the place. The staff is super kind and very polite. Not all of them speak English but all of them are trying to be absolutely the best. The rooms are old but very clean. The food is very nice and the pool is just stunning. Everything is absolutely squeaky clean. Also the atmosphere was very nice , super calm and quiet so you can enjoy the view which in my opinion was just out of this world. They allow pets and everyone is super nice to all the dogs. There is a small van going to the centre of the village every hour.
Only our 1st day at Brancamaria but I had to put a review on now as we have been blown away by the staff and service at this hotel already. There was a slight issue when we arrived, but the hotel fell over themselves to sort things out for us. Our room is beautiful with a jacuzzi and beautiful view of the mountains. If the next 9 days are as amazing as our first day, we've definitely struck gold.
Very comfortable and clean hotel. The room has a large and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. The pool is very large and the water is crystal clear. The hotel staff is very friendly.
