The three bedroom was very small, the beds were ok, the bathroom was a bit outdated but functioned properly. The breakfast was good, lots of choice, the staff was very helpful. The pool was average, a bit cold. The junior suite was very good.
It was awful. I don’t recommend this at all not because of high expectations but simple hygiene. The staff was overworked and didn’t even managed to send people to the right floor at check in. The whole layout and room numbering requires a map and the distances are super long. The rooms were last renovated in the mid nineties and that’s how it smells like when you enter your room. It wasn’t clean (including many spiders in the room and cigarette buds on the balcony) window hangings broken, toilet yellow and constantly running water. Empty battery in the remote it goes on and on. Don’t expect anything set up that a normal Hotel would offer. It’s not possible to tell which colour the carpet is supposed to be. I write in English for the guest cause I don’t think the hotel will be able to understand since there were so many obvious mistakes in the English instructions on the poster in the room. Me and my colleagues did not get a good night sleep and won’t be back.
Pool ok. Tiny toilets/showers in rooms. Avoid during summer holidays. Bartending staff have about as much charm as a concussed Tasmanian Devil. I may have well saved the money and gotten better service at my local spa.
