We stayed in a family room and my 5 year-old absolutely loved it- the bunk bed, the turtle and penguin plushies, the play kitchen, the blackboard with crayons, and the giant character cushions. My husband and I appreciated how spacious it is and the large fridge. Although the room is very family-friendly, the blue couch was kind of gross with stains and there were corners of the room that were dusty. The bathtub was cracked and the water doesn't drain properly on the shower side. Cleanliness can be improved. Breakfast options are kind of limited and it was the same on 2 of the 3 days that we were there. There wasn't as much variety as its sister hotel Hot Cross Point, and the food isn't nearly as tasty. Because Breezebay Marina has multiple buildings, the breakfast area can get very crowded when there are large groups or tour groups. The beach on site is nicely secluded and has lots of tiny crabs. The kids room kept my daughter occupied for some time too. Free parking is right across the street. The staff are very helpful! We do not have a Japanese number and the staff kindly helped us make calls to a snorkeling rental place when we asked. If cleanliness can be improved we'd love to stay here again.

If you came for a holiday to continue your life in big city queues and crowds with crying babies you have come to the right place. Don’t plan to be spontaneous, everything needs to be planned well ahead and booked via QR codes. Your morning will start with a 20 minute queue for breakfast at 630 and things just don’t get better from there. Although you have a balcony but the Aircon compressor blows at you hot air and the crying of babies can be heard from the pool. All in all, I wished that I had booked a smaller hotel closer to Hirara and snorkelled at the turtle beach. Definitely no value for money.

I had the worst experience at the Brisbane Marina Hotel. I had booked for two nights and had already paid for the hotel on the site before my visit. When I checked in, a male employee with short hair asked for payment because the payment was not confirmed. The payment receipt and confirmation were already paid, but after playing in the water without proper confirmation, my family and I explained it to the lobby for a long time and checked in cold. After a long time, the male employee checked in. So when I checked out two days later, another female employee repeated the same situation again, and when I checked in, I asked the male employee in charge to check it out, but she only did what made me frustrated. Eventually, I was able to check out after another female employee checked with the travel site, and I think I had enough time for two days to check. However, the staff treated me like an unpaid person and made me feel stuffy and unpleasant. But they almost missed my flight because of them. But they fled to another place without a formal apology. At worst, I experienced staff response and service. Finally, the long distance between the lobby and the new building was long and there were stairs in the middle, making it uncomfortable to carry heavy carriers inside the hotel. However, there was a wheelchair bathroom right in front of the stairs, which made me feel more contradictory. Except for the hotel location, both the facility and the staff were the worst
