Situated on the upper floors, the hotel is in an architecturally old apartment house/building, preserved by the state. They do have an old-style lift :) A great location, calm and central too, for travelers. Suitable for business and tourism, as well as family; they have a large apartment-like room too on the upper floor. The rooms are non-smoking, if not in the balcony. The management is flexible and very friendly. They will always assist, if needed. The place is recently renovated (year 2024), so feels quite fresh. The area of Charlottenburg was "the centre" of West Berlin, thus the development of the area was planned accordingly. Architecturally pleasing, upper class oriented, shopping, business and touristic area it is. Highly recommended for those looking for a balance of quality, price and location. PS. There were several of us staying, so don't be surprised that my pics are of different rooms :)
Good location, very nice rooms, clean, had everything. The check-out personnel was not friendly, but I still a recommended affordable hotel.
We really enjoyed staying here, quiet sounding, Art Nouveau still building all around, close by to public transport connection. Hotel itself well maintained, clean and welcoming staff. Only thing that didn't like was could bathroom floor and no place where to dry towels.
