Hotel Bremer

Everything was very clean. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. They had drinks available for normal prices. The woman working the front desk and the breakfast in the morning was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. I want it. Only complaint was that the room was kind of cold and the beds were a little uncomfortable but the pillows and blankets were very nice.

Used during business trip. This hotel is small, quiet and very well maintained. Equipment is perfect and Internet connection is just great. The staff is helpful and nice beyond believe. The nicest one I encounter during my frequent travels to be honest. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

I can’t give any more than two stars to this place nor can I give it a 1 star. Service is pretty much the cherry on top of the cake, if it’s not there, it’s not worth it. This hotel’s website states that their reception is available from 8am to 6pm… but is this true? Well not today!! I called over 11 times since a bit over 4pm and nothing, it rang and after a few seconds straight to the voicemail. Then at around 5pm and past it went just straight to voicemail like for some reason they turned off their phone lines at 5pm. Their website is very misleading it seems. That is very unprofessional, even if it by any chance was a technical issue (which I don’t believe to be the case because it rang for a while before 5pm), then it could have been stated before the beep that there was some technical issues. I’d still recommend the hotel as it looks really nice, but the service today was awful, this isn’t supposed to happen. We even tried to call a mobile number they had on their website but it also rang and nothing and then past 5pm straight to the voicemail. I will try this place one day, but this has left me a very bad impression on this hotel’s service.
