Fantastic Stay for a Large Family – Highly Recommend! We recently returned for another stay as a family of 10, and once again, it was an incredible experience. The hotel has a warm, respectful, and boutique atmosphere. Meals were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including special considerations for our 18-month-old and a peanut allergy. The bar staff were especially welcoming and helpful, making sure everyone was well looked after. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the ski room was spacious and conveniently located right next to the return run. Despite the great location, the hotel was quiet at night, ensuring a restful stay. Plus, it’s close to shops and bars if needed. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for families or groups—our party of 10 adults across five rooms had an amazing short break.

If you come to Ischgl, you must book this hotel and only this hotel! I travel a lot, all over the world and this hotel is so wonderful that I never experienced something like this. First of all, the food is the best food in town. Breakfast that is so fresh and full with everything you can imagine. Dinner is like a Michelin star restaurant. But, above all this, the service in this hotel is like you are a king. All the people that works there do the best they can to make your stay unforgettable. I will definitely return to this hotel.

For such an expensive hotel room comfort is low. Light streams into our room due to the block out curtains removed. They said “not all rooms” have them. Certainly rooms next to the kitchen and above bright courtyards should have this as a minimum. Cheaper rooms on the same side of the hotel have them so not fully satisfied with the hotel’s response. Not impressed and feeling ripped off as expecting a good night’s sleep for this price.
