First of all I would like to thank the employees for their excellent work and the kindness offered during my stay and that of my family. However, I have to make constructive criticism of the hotel management and administration, which lied in multiple aspects promised in the hotel offer and left us with a bad experience. The main disagreements in our stay were the following: 1. Seeing long hours of workers without rest: it seems unfair to me that employees have such exaggerated work hours and continuous work. There were restaurant employees who worked shifts from 7 am on December 31 to 1 am on January 1 (+18 hours of continuous work) and returned again at 7 am on January 1 (that is, they rested less than 5 hours to return to work after said exaggerated work day). What kind of boss can exploit his workers like this? The restaurant manager has zero empathy with his workers. Still, a round of applause for the workers who always showed the best attitude. 2. Hotel rooms: They placed us in an extremely narrow room, there was a main bed and 2 bed bases lying on the floor, improvised and interrupting the passage and leaving the room very very narrow. Additionally, the bed bases did not have mattresses but mats, making this a very uncomfortable place to sleep and not conducive to a good rest. Only the 2 people who slept in the main bed were able to rest well. 3. The hotel claims that it has Wifi, however it does not work, with the aggravating factor that the operators' signal does not enter the hotel. Therefore, there is no communication in the hotel. 4. We paid for an expensive New Year's Eve dinner (+170,000 COP per person) which was a disappointment, a salad full of raw celery, very hard and burnt flour rolls, the only thing that could be saved was the meat which was juicy and well cooked. 5. The hotel claimed that it had a ping pong table, which was false and they said that it had been damaged 2 months ago and they never repaired it (however, they continue to advertise the hotel with the ping pong table). In general, most of the hotel's service offers were false, because almost all plans or activities are carried out by another external service provider and have an additional cost, this being a disappointment because accommodation costs are high. The accommodation only includes a walk through the nearby crops and fruits of the sector and a livestock tour. As there are also good things, I must once again acknowledge the attention of the employees and their willingness to help. In fact, the people at the restaurant deserve great applause for the work they did, providing very good quality lunches, serving a very large number of customers and dealing with a clear staff shortage, since there were very few workers for the high flow of customers who attended the restaurant (sometimes, the meal could take more than 1 hour). Therefore, I reiterate that my constructive criticism is directly towards the hotel management, who does not provide the conditions for the hotel to provide good service and the client to have a good experience. I would definitely not return to this place, its potential is wasted by poor management. And because of this, I had a very bad experience.
