Hotel Bristol Geneva exceeded my expectations. The rooms are beautifully renovated, very comfortable, and peaceful. Its central location near the lake and main attractions makes exploring the city very easy. What stood out most was the staff—they were warm, professional, and always ready to help. For the quality you get, it’s excellent value and highly recommended.

Excellent location, reception, breakfast and services. Front desk and other services staff are very welcoming and helpful. The recently renovated deluxe rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious while the showers are wonderful. Complementary glass bottled water is an appreciated gesture of generosity - (Thanks to Hotel Bristol and Booking.com)

I stayed for two nights during a vacation with my daughters. When we checked in the guy said that breakfast was included in our rate. I didn't remember that when I booked so I asked him to double check and he did and confirmed. The next morning we had breakfast and was given a bill. I said the guy at check in told us it was included and the breakfast guy checked and apologized and said don't worry about it. I did get a note later saying breakfast is not included and talked to Nicolas who again apologized for the confusion so we did not eat there the second morning but when I checked out the girls at the front desk said I had to pay for breakfast which was 77* CHF. I explained what happened and they knew but said if I looked at my booking it states no breakfast and forces me to pay. This is such horrible customer service. I didn't think it was included but I was told twice at check in that it was. If you are a nice hotel then own up to what your employees are telling guests. I will never stay here again.
