Hotel Britannia

This hotel was in a wonderful location. Easy walking distance to many historic sites including the Parthenon and the Colosseum. The service was excellent, they gladly stored our luggage even though we arrived several hours before check-in. When we came back to check in our luggage had been delivered to our room. The rooms were lovely and quite spacious by European standards. Excellent hot water and water pressure. Lastly they had an amazing continental breakfast.

My partner and I booked this hotel for our stay in Rome June 2025. The hotel is quite simple; however, the location and service makes this place amazing and worth your while. The hotel staff were very kind, helpful, and attentive. They surprised my partner and decorated the room for his birthday! Any issues we had (AC and water issues), they fixed immediately within hours! They booked our transportation to the airport and provided us with to-go breakfast. Although we were exploring most of the time, the room was very comfy and clean! It was also very quiet, which I loved. The location is simply perfect--walkable and within short distance to many restaurants and attractions.

Highly recommend this hotel. It's good value for money. Rooms are small but clean, quaint and comfortable. Particularly loved the beds, very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly, efficient and helpful. The location is perfect bus, metro and lots of sights are within walking distance. Stores and restaurants are plenty. Enjoy it as much as we did.
