Hotel Broken Column

A Family-Friendly Hotel with Excellent Service! I’ve been visiting Hotel Broken Column every year since 2020, and it’s definitely my favorite hotel! The hotel is incredibly family-friendly and provides an amazing experience for both adults and children. The staff is professional and always delivers top-notch service, making the stay even more enjoyable. Both the facilities and the atmosphere are perfect for families, and I always feel welcome and well taken care of. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes guest comfort and safety, which is why it’s a place I keep returning to. I’m already looking forward to my next stay and would highly recommend Hotel Broken Column to anyone looking for a hotel with outstanding service and a family-friendly atmosphere.

This is the first hotel we thought we would stay near to shopping and main attractions. 4 days no sleep, bad maintenance and service, no AC and the room was terrible with maintenance, they never changed those used bedsheets or towels. Literally it created lot of skin allergy issues. Those good reviews are fake and would recommend not fell to trap, waste your energy of relaxed vacation. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend as we travel and plan vacation in 4 star hotel, it’s not even considered as 1 star. After our experience, I read those genuine reviews and they were 100% right of this hotel stay. We did discuss and explained those issues on everyday basis, they were acting that they will get fixed. But still, they were not bothered to fix any one of those hygienic issues.

Terrible experience. The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The food was cold and tasteless, and the pool area was overcrowded and unclean. Definitely not worth the money — avoid if you can.
