Hotel Brugger

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Some hotels are all bells and whistles but lack real hospitality. This place does it just perfectly. Warm welcome and excellent hosts, plus a cosy decor and atmosphere. Rooms are perfect and the view was amazing. Food was great. Sauna was fantastic (if you’re from the UK, be prepared to encounter ‘textile-free’ Austrian sauna decorum). Genuinely a real treat. Would love to return.

Update: We returned for another stay at the Brugger in January 2025. Once again it was fantastic. There is nothing negative I could say about this hotel. Do yourself a favour and book a stay, you won’t regret it! Thanks again to the wonderful staff for another memorable visit. We had a fantastic stay at the Brugger hotel. Excellent local cuisine. Comfortable, good sized room. Really cosy and modern style throughout. The owner made us feel so welcome and always wanted to help with anything we needed. Spa area is excellent, make sure you attend the sessions with Saunameister Josef! I highly recommend this hotel, thank you so much to the whole team for giving us a memorable stay.

We came for 2 days skiing and: - The ski lift is walking distance, 12 minutes. - The food quality is amazing. - The rooms are clean and well decorated. The only "con" is that the kitchen was not really fitted to cook, but we did not have lunch or dinner even 1 day, as we were skiing during the day and breakfast and dinner was included in the price.
