I'm extremely grateful for the staff especially the hotel manager Rayyaan Baron's assistance in obtaining my lost item from Uber. Shanti and Juvan were very helpful too. I will definitely return next year. I enjoyed my stay. Great location. Such a wonderful historical building. Loved my experience attending and viewing the Methodist church next door. Often awoken early by loud noise coming from the square opposite the building. Drains tend to smell and leave an odour in the bathrooms. Rooms aren't well-kept and show signs of damage. Poor communication regarding extra fees etc. Overall 3/5 and wouldn't really recommend unless you're on a budget!
I'm very disappointed with both the hotel and Booking.com regarding my cancelled booking. I’ve reached out multiple times, and each time I’m told something different. Booking.com says they’re waiting for the hotel to confirm my refund, while the hotel keeps pushing me back to Booking.com. The booking was cancelled, and I expect a timely refund without having to chase after it. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this process to anyone.
