Great place to stay, the food was amazing, the staff were great, cozy rooms.
First I want to say thanks to the hotel staff, each person looks for a way to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, additional thanks to the restaurant waiter Robert! This is a hotel with everything you need to spend a vacation in tranquility and comfort, it is close to the historic center of Constanta, you take the 5-40 bus and in 15 minutes you are in the center, you can walk to the beach that is 15 min walk. Afternoon the hotel pool is perfect. I have no words about the restaurant only that it was perfect and the chef, the food was excellent, the chef came out to say hello and we had a good Italian wine.
The customer service is terrible, the men from the restaurant treat the customers like animals, are always unhappy and say things that are not allowed. There are three terraces, but they are always closed. They rent them out for birthday parties that keep you up until 2am. If you want to spend time with someone over a glass of beer, you should do it in your room or outside. The smell in the room is terrible, it stinks from the sewer. Bottom line: for this money you buy a smelly room and always look at the disgruntled faces of the waiter.
