Hotel Bulgaria Burgas

It’s just amazing! The hotel is located near major pedestrian streets. There are many dishes available for breakfast. The room and service is perfect! Great view from the window. Underground parking costs 20 leva (10€) per day.

At the heart of city center, very good location. Restaurants, shopping, banks everything is nearby. Hotel is new, renovated recently. Room cleaning, refilling of teabags, coffee capsules etc could be better but still everything is available. I would recommend staying and would next time again choose to stay in this hotel.

Upon arrival, we found out that there is no parking available at the hotel. The staff was not at all apologetic and sent us to a public parking in town. Should I have been alone, this would have been a different experience. I can’t imagine walking alone at night trying to find my way back, when tired from travelling. Hotel of that size, and “caliber” should ensure parking for its guests. At least the hotel should offer to compensate its guests for the inconvenience. When making a reservation, parking is a big consideration, especially in a city location. Even a phone call to give us heads up about the situation, so we can decide if that is acceptable would have been better. Otherwise, the location is good, we did have an apartment, and the view of the sea was nice. It was clean. Upon checking out, I overheard another guest complaining about the parking situation. I guess, this is so common that the staff just shrugs off the complaints. It’s more than annoying, it’s a great inconvenience for the guests and the management has to figure out a solution. This to me is a reason not to stay at this hotel, or to recommend it.
