Hotel Bulqiza

Hotel Bulqiza is much better than Embassy Suites and Marriot in Niagara Falls , Ontario, Canada. I stayed one night there. The Staff and Owner himself were very polite. Hotel was very clean. Investment is high class with modern leather furniture. Washrooms had the more expensive plumbing fixtures I had ever seen. I do not understand why google rates as 3 stars this hotel, It should definitely be 5 stars. As always west is unfair and downgrading east. East countries are doing much better than West but nobody wants to accept it even though this is a reality. What surprized me is that Bulqiza was much better than I thought, A small city in the middle of the mountains where chromium reserves are all over the place. It is only 1,5 hours drive from the capital city Tirana. Road to go there is through mountains and several tunnels which makes the trip shorter. This good trip will remain in my memory for long. After our cycling stage to Bulqizë we went to this restaurant and were super surprised to find such a fancy place here. The food was great, the location perfect and the view from the window just stunning. High quality restaurant with very tasty food. Highly recommended.

Hotel Bulqiza, a very nice hotel no one expects to find in such a small town in the middle of mountains. Very modern interiors, quality furniture, spacious rooms, comfortable stay, what a pleasant surprise. Cable TV, central heating, elevator, bar café on the ground floor. Much better than any hotel even in Peshkopi or Burrel. Not to busy though. Free parking about 50 meters from the hotel. Local cable TV offices located in the second floor. The only downside was poor breakfast. Enjoy your stay!
