Good hotel with fine breakfast and close to the city centre and train station
Fantastic hotel in Verona, Italy, with really spacious rooms. Excellent location, walking distance around the corner of the train station and close to bus lines. Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and nicely separated bathrooms, feels like a small apartment. Breakfast with large variety with very welcoming, friendly and professional staff.
Please avoid! For the price not worth it, rooms are dated, air conditioning is locked at a medium temperature and doesn’t go down. During our stay the air conditioning then broke down in the night and the staff acted like this was an inconvenience to them… we were unable to sleep it was so hot. Other guests also complained and were told same as us there’s nothing they can do. Terrible service, terrible hotel. Don’t stay here.
