Best hotel. Strongly recommend. 1. Location. The bus stop is 2-3 minutes walk away. A beautiful lake and promenade are also 3 minutes away. children's playground. 10 minutes by car from Serlesbahnen Mieders. 2. Facilities. A cozy and spacious bedroom. New modern built bathroom. closet. safe. table. A room without any inconveniences such as chairs. Heated swimming pool, relaxing sauna recommended. The restaurant and bar are also satisfactory. 3. Staff friendliness. As a privately operated hotel, it is very systematic and always smiling at many guests. I was moved by the kind reply. 4. Food. Breakfast and dinner are included, so you can enjoy a comfortable trip without worrying about meals. The food was really great. Thank you to the staff who kindly brought new food back even if there was an order error. 5. Hygiene. The corona test was also easily available at the front desk, and hygiene such as hand sanitizer was also satisfactory.

Great location with bus service to various ski areas directly in front of the hotel or very near by. Very comfortable accommodation with amazing views. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and a delightfully relaxing spa located on the bottom level. Highly recommended!

We spent a week at Hotel Burgstall and we loved it there! True to what they say in their website, the hotel combines hospitality with the typical Tyrolean style. Modern & traditional decor, the hotel is nested between the mountains and we had a beautiful view from our room on floor 3. The staff is very kind & helpful, we loved chatting to the owners, including Michael and his father Paolo, very cheerful and kind people who made us feel at home. We did half board, and loved the food, every evening we were spoilt with a different traditional Tyrolean dish! Location is great too, a quick drive from Innsbruck airport (either by taxi or bus), the hotel is conveniently located a 10-min bus ride from Schlick 2000 where we went skiing every day. Cherry on the cake, the sauna and wellbeing area! No better way to end a day than relaxing there and warm up the body and the muscles in the sauna (we love the Tyrolean spa that smells like hay).
