Our stay at the Hotel Burgstein was amazing, top standards for cleaning, service and food, everything was up to our expectations, I honestly do not understand the persons who live bad reviews. The staff is very polite and professional, spotless clean environment, the room we had was perfect, very big and spacious, very quiet hotel, and very warm, felt like we was at home, the breakfast buffet was more then enough and nice selection of foods offered, I’ve liked the idea of ordering our dinner in the morning and again more then enough food , the prices for the drinks were acceptable and the location of the hotel itself breathtaking.
Great hotel, it has specific charm. Very good food, especially for dinner. Great spa. Please note that hotel is located 2.5km uphill, so if you come during hard snow, you might need a chains to get there by car
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean. And the food was incredibly delicious! You could also enjoy a fantastic pool and wellness there every day. This hotel is highly recommended for those who want to go hiking in the summer, because it is also close to many hiking trails.
