Hotel Byke Ride Walkable from Agra Cantt Railway Station

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Byke Ride Agra! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is also perfect for exploring the city. A special thanks to Manager Faizan for his outstanding hospitality—he went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend this place!🙂

The rooms very clean and comfy. The staff is very genuine and helping in nature. The hotel location is also quite good. Their bike rental services is also pretty good and the prices are very budget friendly

During booking, the owner displayed pictures of a different room than the one provided at check-in. The room allotted was not as shown earlier. Additionally, the geyser was not functioning properly, and there was water leakage from both the tap and the toilet seat. On a positive note, the manager and staff were very polite and helpful throughout the stay, which is appreciated. Suggestion to the owner: Please avoid misleading customers with incorrect room photos and ensure all listed facilities are in working condition. Advice to future guests: Please verify all details and facilities before confirming your booking. Be cautious with such listings to avoid inconvenience. The room provided was different from the one shown during booking — the shared photo had two beds, while the actual room had only one bed with an extra mattress, despite prior discussion about the number of guests. Although a refund was offered, it was too late at night to be practical. Please ensure accurate room details are shared in the future, especially for families. This feedback is meant for service improvement, not criticism. Thank you.
