Hotel Ca' Zusto Venezia

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and very well air conditioned. The water was hot and the water pressure was excellent. Standard buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Very quick and easy walk to any of the attractions that Venice has to offer!

Rooms ok, MUCH smaller than seem on website. Zero noise canceling, hear everyone who walks by or drags their luggage at 5 a.m. Maid cleaned floor and did not out sign so I slipped badly walking out my door. I told her and the front desk and they put up only one sign, and NOT on the marble stairs which were also soaking wet right at breakfast time. No amenities in room, tissue was empty, shower gel almost empty. Positive = fluffy towels. Location not easy to find

The building is nice, and the location is convenient; however, the overall service is quite basic when it comes to the perks provided. There was no shower soap, tissues, or shampoo in the bathroom, and the mini bar was unimpressive. Breakfast is fairly minimal, and an hour before breakfast service ended, they had already run out of scrambled eggs. While the staff were polite and welcoming, the experience could have been better with more attention to the provided amenities.
