Hotel Caeli is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Nestled in the middle of vineyards, this smaller hotel offers a pampering experience for wine enthusiasts and others seeking relaxation. From the moment guests arrive, they feel transported to a place of carefreeness and tranquility that lasts throughout their stay. Surrounded by well-kept vineyards and sunflower fields, the hotel offers excellent countryside views. The artwork decorating the hotel yard and corridors enhances the luxurious experience. The young and attentive staff are always ready to meet your needs, often anticipating them before you even ask. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, fully stocked with amenities to enhance your stay. Advanced technology, such as tablet PCs for controlling lighting and TV, adds a modern touch. Housekeeping and turndown services ensure your room is always ready. A special thanks to Gizem Hanım, the chief of roomkeeping staff, who personally attended to a minor oversight with the coffee pods, quickly resolving the issue with a call to reception. The restaurant services are top-notch. Although the à la carte menu is limited, every dish provides a fine dining experience. The restaurant staff are attentive, polite, and friendly. Special commendation goes to Berkay Bey, the chief of restaurant services, as well as to Tolga Bey and Merve Hanım for their friendly attitudes. There is also a small yet fully functional spa for those interested in relaxation. Unfortunately, there were no massage services available during our stay. The winery tour, guided by Aleyna Hanım, was a highlight. The winery is clean, tastefully organized, and beautifully built. The wines, following Bordeaux grape varieties and winemaking traditions, are among the best I have tasted in Turkey. Now for some constructive criticism. The wine tasting event was somewhat lacking. I expected a full wine tasting experience, but it was brief and did not showcase the entire range of their wines. While it's understandable for a complimentary event, I was disappointed that there was no paid option for a more comprehensive wine tasting. Additionally, the internet access was poorly designed. Mobile phone reception was poor, and while the hotel's Wi-Fi was available, we had difficulty connecting. Although we didn't urgently need internet access and didn't seek further assistance, a hotel with such an excellent service record should provide more reliable internet access, especially when cell reception is weak. Overall, Hotel Caeli offers a luxurious and relaxing escape, with excellent service and amenities, making it a fantastic choice for a peaceful retreat in the vineyards.

What an experience! Caeli is definitely out of a fairy tale. You can feel yourself like Alice in wonderland. The nature is so nice like a painting. The art collection in the hotel and in the garden is great. Our tour guide for the art and winery named Eren, was the nicest and politest person you could ever meet. He handled our slightest AC problem gracefully and upgraded our room. All of the staff was so polite, thank you everyone!

A very strange establishment. While the investor to the hotel owns a huge piece of land on which they’ve set up an excellent vineyard and winery, the way the hotel is run is rather unprofessional. We had a lady walk casually through our balcony, watering the flowers while we were still in bed. The following day, housekeeping just walked into our room, same time early morning. During lunch, we were sprayed with cleaning water on the balcony of the restaurant. Daily maintenance seems to be carried out at the expense of the guests’ comfort here. Oh and the bicycle tour that was advertised is not available. My advice: Come for wine tasting, but do not spend the night. Also not sure why a winery is kid-friendly.
