Hotel Caesar Prague

We returned on Sunday from a lovely visit to Caesar Prague 😍 the hotel has a fantastic location and is beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was spacious with extremely comfortable beds, a small fridge with complimentary water on arrival, a kettle and TV. The room was changed twice whilst we were there. There is a buffet breakfast which was amazing such a large choice of food which I haven't had before in any hotel I've stayed in. Selection of coffees from the machine, water and fresh juice. There is a bar in the hotel lobby the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Good access to public transport or walking distance to any of the main sightseeing attractions. Beautiful Spanish tapas restaurant over the road too give it a try Lola's 😋 this was my second visit to Prague my first at this hotel but I will definitely return here in the future. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Caesar Prague. The location is perfect central, yet quiet. My standard room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, exceeding expectations. The highlight was the outstanding service, especially from Patrick at reception. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable, offering great local tips and genuine hospitality. The staff truly care about guest comfort. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

We stayed at Hotel Caesar Prague for two nights and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The beds and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. I requested a mattress topper and a softer pillow after the first night, but the staff responded dismissively, insisting their new mattresses were "good"—with no effort to accommodate or even empathize. The staff overall came across as cold and disengaged. There was no sense of hospitality or effort to enhance the guest experience. On the second night, I couldn’t sleep at all due to the sound of someone snoring in an adjacent room—it was so loud, it genuinely felt like the person was in bed next to me. The rooms are clearly not soundproof, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this category. While the room was large, it felt awkwardly empty, as if furnished without much thought. The TV was quite small relative to the size of the room, though we didn’t end up using it. The flooring consisted of cement tiles, which added to the cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. All in all, the combination of physical discomfort, noise issues, and apathetic service made for a disappointing stay. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel. ========= Reilly to the answer received from the hotel: A second duvet/blanket was provided the second night after multiple insistences to the several staff. The pillows were the same (unchanged). I'm sorry but my appreciation of my stay at Hotel Caesar Prague remains unchanged.
