Hotel Caesius Thermae & Spa Resort

Wonderful hotel and fantastic location. Rooms very clean, spacious and excellent view of the lake. Food excellent with a good choice and variety. Especially liked the fact you can choose a starter and main and different choice each night and we were there for 2 weeks Pool and sunbeds very good All staff helpful and friendly

This was our first stay at Hotel Caesius Spa Resort, we fell in love with the location, the food and the facilities. The staff could not be any more helpful, wonderful service and made us very welcome. We had our 2 year old son with us and they all doted on him. We have already looked at returning. One thing we were also very impressed with was the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

I have travelled with my kids at this place in end of March. We have a pleasant stay and good memories from this place. Rooms are clean. Staff is polite. We have used pools and the area is well maintained. Restaurant serves variety in buffet. We have little service relates calls in room and restaurant. In room, tea/coffee materials were not refilled, kettle doesn’t work. Spa towels didn’t get changed. In restaurant, staff is not responsible. Being vegetarian, we didn’t get clear directions from staff about vegetarian options. We were informed wrong items as vegetarian. Alex had then immediately taken the responsibility for us personally and provided us with the best possible service in restaurant. Thanks to him. Lake is just opposite side of the road to which is very beautiful with good area to walk around and have restaurants.
