This Hilton was fantastic. We had room 106 for 4 people. The master has its own room and bath, which was super nice! The couch folded into a bed and the kids had their own bathroom as well. We got here early, they checked us in and held our luggage so we could go explore Paris. Then they brought our luggage to our room without us asking so when we got back all we needed to do was go relax. Would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was wonderful every morning with plenty of options. Elevators are small, but building is older so you can’t expect any different. Room was nice other than a creaking floor, AC worked amazing during recent heatwave. Shower is super small. All in all, a great place to stay for a 3 day Paris trip. Thank you to the staff!!
There aren’t enough words to say how bad this hotel is and how bad of a representation it is, to the Hilton brand. I’ve stayed in a bunch of European hotels, so this isn’t “an entitled American” speaking. The rooms are basically deteriorating apartments that smell of mold. The floors creak, the carpets are dirty and the overall cleanliness is very poor. Not comfortable at all. The service? Non-existent. The attitude of the staff wasn’t bad at all, just very “eh” and not much they can do. The breakfast is a room full of stale toast and pastries, the employees couldn’t care less about making guests feel welcomed and at night, there’s basically one employee at the front desk for no reason, because they literally aren’t authorized to do anything or help in any way, nor is there any other staff to assist. Overall, this place is hostel-level bad. My best advice is to please stay absolutely anywhere else until this place is gut-renovated. I’m severely disappointed I spent that many Hilton Honors points on this place.
