Lovely hotel. Amazing staff. Really made us feel welcome and at home. We will definitely be coming back to Santa Cruz and will stay at this hotel. Superb restaurants just across the road. And just a cheap Uber ride from the centre. Everything you want from a hotel. Fabulous!
Thanks for a great stay. Very nice and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the food, the indoor pool with hot tub and the outdoor pool with the waterslide.
It is a great hotel with good service. I got a room that had a faulty AC (working too good and the room was freezing), so I was moved to another room without difficulty. Breakfast is decent. Outdoor pool is nice and has a water slide for kids. Indoor pool is heated and exquisite. The wet sauna was amazing with the eucalyptus scent. Definitely a good short stay.
