Hotel is just beautiful with amazing gardens with many kinds of flowers the look of a traditional finca but with comfortable amenities. The staff is very kind and they always offer excellent service and a smile. The food here is also amazing, one of the best bandeja paisa I have ever eaten.
Great location, easy to access, close to Armenia and La Tebaida. It has a beautiful trail, surrounded by gorgeous flowers, butterflies and birds, plus a beautiful canine guide named Galleta, he accompanied us during our walk. They offer daily passes from 9 am to 5 pm. The food was delicious and well prepared .The service is good but the staff could be more attentive or better organized, since we had to walk from the restaurant to the reception to order drinks and food from the menu.
Unfortunately It wasn't a pleasant time for me and my wife.the weekend at Night was too loud at night do to too many teens making to much noise and no one from the Hotel with enough character to exercise the rule of noir being to loud after 11:00pm. The drinks like a cup of coffee $2.000 the beer 5.000 and two pankcakes $12.000. Plus a bad attitude from the employee when you make the complaint. I Do Not recommend at all this place.
