A special thank-from the deep of my heart-to all the staff for their kindness, courtesy, suggestions, support and warmth, making the stay over my expectations, the best I could ever immagine, and unforgettable. I kindly recommend this hotel, very close to everything, and to many good restaurants. The breakfast is very rich and everything is so fresh, the rooms really wonderful. Thanks!
We booked a room through Expedia with 2 double beds and we end up with a single bed. When we arrived the receptionist informed us that if we like to park our car in the hotel parking lot it will cost us €12 per night something that wasn’t disclosed when we did the booking so on top of the $3000 that the room cost us we had to pay an additional €150 for parking because the neighbourhood outside of the hotel does not look safe and it has lots of ( look like homeless people) seating around looking suspicious. I will never stay there again
We had an unpleasant experience here. The rooms were dirty. Paint was peeling from the walls. The staff was unhelpful. The breakfast was rudimentary. The carpets are stained and damaged. When we asked to leave early the manager was ungracious and rude. This place is a soulless as a truck stop. Staying here will diminish your Vicenza experience. Attached is just one picture of the badly stained carpet in front of our room.
