Hotel Canaan Fattal Limited Edition

The hotel and stay was great, but the staff and service was most impressive. Everyone who works at the hotel from Dina, Alia and Moti in kitchen/restaurant area, to Mohamed at the entrance was warm and welcoming. My wife has many allergies and it is difficult for her eat at hotels in Israel given the kitchens mix many ingredients she is allergic to. On several occasions, Alia and Taganit went above and beyond to the back of the kitchen for us to specially prepare food that would not be an issue for my wife's allergies. The level of thoughtfulness and care was something I have never experienced at a hotel before. The facilities are clean and up to date. The aesthetics of the entire hotel are beautiful. This place is an absolute gem.

Plenty of natural wood work pieces create a kind of calmness and grounding - a perfect place for slowing down and enjoying nature and wellness activities. Food is also at a very high level, rich variety and tasteful, and great people who provide a good service!

This hotel was recomended as we got a nice upgrade as we got in. From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel at home immediately. Every team member we encountered was professional, kind, and attentive to even the smallest details. The room was immaculate – spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The buffet is very very good with all kind of food and prepare on spot.
