Reading some of the reviews i was a bit worried but everything was great! We got the exact room we booked and the room was nice and clean with a beautiful view. Food was sometimes very repetitive but it tasted good. Everyone was always helpful and kind, especially Mikeila at the reception was really friendly and we enjoyed talking to her. There was also some sort of music entertainment every night which we enjoyed but if you wanted to stay in your room, it was never too loud and didnt disturb. One day we even rented a car and everything went well. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend! 💕
Just got back from a week here, we are a couple in our mid 30's. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is lovely, when we arrived we were given a room without a balcony/terrace, but the next morning I realised I had paid extra for a balcony/terrace and we were moved straight away to an amazing room. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the food was lovely! The pool is a bit grubby, the walls are quite slimy and doesn't appear the pool gets cleaned at all, but we still used it. The staff all work extremely hard and are all super friendly. Not sure what the reviews about entertainment are in the evenings as only 2 out of 7 nights there was entertainment. The beach is literally a 5 second walk and was decent. There is a bus stop about a 5min walk that can take you wherever you want, we went to cala millor twice and that was lovely! Overall the holiday was great and the hotel was great, please don't believe the bad reviews.
I was pretty disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The food was bland, overly salty, and greasy - definitely not what I expected from a 4-star hotel. On top of that, there’s a very strange and inconvenient policy: even though we had paid for all-inclusive, we couldn’t get any drinks without paying a €1 deposit for a plastic cup - and they only accept cash! This led to a completely absurd situation where, after returning to the hotel thirsty, we were unable to get a drink at the only available bar simply because we didn’t have the deposit. What’s worse, the day before there was no problem getting a normal glass without any deposit at all. The rooms were pretty much okay. The staff were friendly and generally helpful.
