We had the most outstanding stay at this property that surpassed our expectations at every turn. We considered going out for a day excursion, but ended up enjoying the many solariums and beaches on the property and had the best day. Several restaurant and food options, staff is all excellent and very very kind and caring, and it’s a big property so it never feels too crowded. From the first welcome, we had the perfect experience and would highly recommend. The beaches and ocean at the property are unbelievable. A few standouts - Caterina, Elisa went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Definitely check out the spa and do the hike to the lighthouse around the cape. Very cool outdoor gym too! A hidden gem in this area that will relax and recharge you!
This one turned out to be a hidden gem. There are great luxury hotels and then there are places like these which go beyond luxury hotels. They’ve taken care to think through minutest details and are so warm that you feel special. This is the kind of place you always feel like going back to. The service across the hotel (including their beach area) is exceptional. Their boat excursions package is highly recommended.
Very beautiful hotel! The hotel was beautiful and the dinner was amazing. The only thing was that there was mold in the shower, so I didn’t feel comfortable to shower without slippers. And during breakfast, there was flies everywhere landing on the breakfast buffet food, but no one seemed bothered by it, which was weird and gross. They should have a fan or something to protect the food from getting landed on by flies. I’ve been to 5 star hotel in Fiji and Mexico. So I was surprised this was a 5 star and not a 4 star hotel, based on the hotel’s cleanliness.
