Hotel Capo dei Greci

An absolutely jewel with rustic ocean beaches and a view for the Greek goddess and the food was absolutely delicious and service out of this world = especially Alessandra at the front desk saved us like a Greek goddess! The private beach they have is the freshest seafood and service is impeccable! I can highly recommend this place for families and couples! The infinity pools and restaurants goes above and beyond your expectations! Get a room with sea view and you’ll have all You want !

It's lovely hotel which is very badly managed. The staff are excellent. No transport (there is a local bus once an hour) They have a shuttle transit bus but won't let guests use it except to go to the local beach. 25 euros to get a taxi 2 km away! So if you like to have different food you need a car. Luckily we found a tiny restaurant across the road and the food was terrific! Beautiful sea views, great pools. Average restaurant (if you eat meat I think it's better) We had a lovely week but were constantly amazed it isn't used more or managed better. Nothing is promoted or advertised. They have a very overpriced spa but I had a great massage. It's really not accessible if you have mobility issues as everything is on a steep hill. Now is probably the time to book as we believe it's being sold and prices likely to go up! Its potentially a 5 star hotel trapped in a 3 star body!

Additionally, the presence of a small gym allows fitness enthusiasts to maintain their exercise routine. Unfortunately, a major drawback of this hotel is the lack of direct access to the beach. Guests have the option to use a shuttle service provided by the hotel for a fee, which includes a sunbed at the beach. This inconvenience is further compounded by the fact that the hotel is located quite off the grid, making it necessary to have a car for convenient transportation. The hotel claims to offer entertainment options, but guests have reported that this aspect is lacking. The young staff responsible for handling entertainment is not proactive in informing guests about activities, leaving visitors disappointed. Furthermore, the overall internet and mobile access at the hotel are unreliable, making it unsuitable for business travelers who require a stable connection for work purposes. It should be noted that the all-inclusive package offered by the hotel does not include water, coffee, and cocktails, which is different from the practice in other countries. Instead, only soft drinks, wine, and beer are provided during lunch and dinner. Overall, Hotel Capo dei Greci has its strengths, such as its restaurant, service, and apartment cleanliness. However, the lack of direct beach access, inadequate entertainment options, and unreliable internet and mobile access are definite drawbacks. Consider these factors before making a decision, especially if you require a stable internet connection or expect comprehensive all-inclusive offerings. My personal view is that the hotel has much potential but is lacking management.
