Cappella Hotel in Colfosco is simply outstanding! We stayed here last week for a ski vacation, and everything was perfect. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices for dinner, all prepared by an excellent chef using top-quality ingredients. The rooms are beautifully designed and modern—absolutely stunning. The indoor and outdoor pools are serene and provide a wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes. The hotel is conveniently located right by the piste, making it a true ski-in and ski-out experience. Overall, this hotel is 100% worthy of its Relais & Châteaux emblem. Last but not least, the staff were incredible, and the owners were exceptionally friendly. We’re already looking forward to our return next year, having secured our stay!

Very seldom a new place we visit exceeds our expectations, but that was the case with this establishment. The energy of the hotel is fantastic, it spells comfort and relaxation seamlessly. The staff is kind and attentive, but never too much. The food was a real surprise, especially for dinner, which is usually bland and generally disappointing in half-board arrangements. Menus offer really attractive choices, produce is fresh, and execution precise and highly professional. The wine list is well composed and moderately priced. The hotel itself is warm and cosy, rooms are comfortable and with high quality finishes. You can feel that people care. My only objections over a four night stay would for breakfast, with generic and unappealing baked goods (bread is important!), absence of premium charcuterie cuts and too few a la carte choices, for what you would expect of a 5* establishment. Great location, nice spa and pool area. All in all, worth a revisit.

The hotel's policy is in outrageously poor taste and lacks class. The hotel sorts guests into better and worse. The worse ones have limited access to the hotel infrastructure. E.g. If you have booked a stay with breakfast only, forget about eating next to the windows overlooking the mountains. It turns out that this part of the restaurant is only for guests who have booked a full-board stay. The rest eat in the back, at the back of the restaurant. And even if 90% of the tables in the "better" part are free, you cannot occupy them and will be kicked out. This was our last stay here. Until the hotel changes this inappropriate policy, we will not return here. We will not recommend staying at this hotel to all our friends.
