We’ve just returned from staying at Hotel Capri for 7 days and we both absolutely loved our time there. From a very efficient check in everything about the hotel was perfect. Teresa, the very attentive Manager, should be very proud of the hotel and especially all the staff. Every single member of staff, from reception to the people on hand at breakfast time, were so cheery, polite and looked after us so well. We stayed in a Superior Double Room overlooking the pool and gardens. The gardens are full of Lemon Trees and are a delight. The pool is a perfect size and it was so refreshing to dip in there after a searingly hot day out and about in Sorrento. The choice at breakfast was excellent and the omelettes I had were cooked to order and perfectly made. All the breakfast staff greeted and served us with a genuine smile and nothing was too much trouble for them. This is our 3rd time in Sorrento and we have stayed in more expensive hotels previously, but when we return in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel Capri again.
We had a family wedding in Sorrento last week (June ‘25). 15 from our family stayed at the Hotel Capri. The hotel is beautiful. Newly renovated with good sized rooms and high quality amenities. The hotel manager, Teresa will take care of all your necessities from room to trips around the Amalfi Coast to getting back to and from the airport. The breakfast was outstanding. They had whatever you could dream of and the service was excellent!! The pool was wonderful and the ladies at the front desk can answer all questions. The hotel cleaning staff was amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hotel Capri in Sorrento. We were there for 8 nights and 9 days so I’m well versed with their excellent service!
Just leaving Sorrento following a 4 night stay at Hotel Capri! I can’t recommend this hotel enough - it’s a great base to explore Sorrento from. The hotel is lovely & clean with a great pool area and attentive service. We stayed in a double room (without balcony) which was spacious and had a lovely bathroom with all necessary toiletries provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will visit again!
