Location is excellent. The staff is nice and helpful (we asked to leave our bags there after our checkout and they allowed us with no hesitation, the staff was the great point of the experience. The rooms could see some improvements. The ceiling painting had leaks marks and it was peeling (just not nice to look at). The shower power was very weak, maybe it needs to be cleaned to unblock the water passage. Breakfast was no good to my taste (not many good options, and omelette was not good). Air conditioning in the room was not powerful, so maybe on very hot summer days it won't be enough.
Very unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. No hot water the entire morning, and they have no idea when there is going to be any. Internet is very bad. Things around the room don’t function (for instance, kettle does not stop boiling so if you leave it can burn).
