A Truly Magical Stay – Perfect for Families with Young Children This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and it now holds a very special place in my heart. The experience was absolutely magnificent. I went with my family and our one-year-old child, and it was such a beautiful thing to witness how much the surroundings enhanced his experience. He was able to enjoy the wonders of nature and see a wide variety of animals—all from the comfort and luxury of a five-star hotel. There were deer, macaws, sloths, and even peacocks gracefully opening their feathers in the most unexpected corners of the property. It was simply magical. At one point, my partner had to leave, and I stayed alone with my baby. I was initially worried it would be too much for me to handle, but the hotel made it surprisingly manageable. Although I was tired at times (we were there alone for over a week), it ended up feeling like a kind of honeymoon with my child. The hotel took care of all our basic needs—food, laundry, cleaning—so I could fully focus on enjoying our time together. We were so comfortable that we barely felt the need to leave the hotel. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, especially families with small children. I genuinely feel my child’s life was enriched by this experience—like his sense of wonder and possibility expanded in a way that will stay with him forever. Ps: Beds were sooo comfortable too and the food simply delicious!

I visited Colombia for the first time to celebrate my birthday with friends, and we stayed at Hotel Caribe. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and centrally located just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served by the hotel, which was a great start to our days. Now, to be honest, my stay wasn’t without its hiccups. Room service was a bit of a letdown, and I found myself having to complain almost daily. It was nearly a disappointing experience until the hotel manager personally met with me, apologized, and went above and beyond to accommodate my friends and me. That level of care really turned things around. Aside from the room service issues, the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming. I do recommend Hotel Caribe and truly hope to visit again, hopefully with a smoother experience next time!

I stayed at this hotel with high expectations, especially since it’s advertised as a 5-star property. However, my overall experience felt more like a 3-star stay. The facilities are in need of renovation—some common areas looked worn down, the furniture in the room was quite basic, and overall maintenance was lacking. Several amenities typically found in a true luxury hotel (like personalized service, a high-quality breakfast, or a fully equipped spa and gym) were either missing or not up to par. That said, the customer service was excellent. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism truly stood out and was the highlight of the stay. In short, this hotel has potential and a great team, but it needs significant improvements in its facilities and offerings to truly earn its 5-star rating.
