Nice and clean rooms. Spa was wonderful and relaxing addition to a long day of skiing. Everyone of the staff was very kind and polite. Location wise just a walking distance of the Monte Pana lift. All in all, happy to have stayed there!
Great spa with very hot water and heated floors at the pool, nice saunas. The rooms are ok, the hotel has a few parking spaces and a restaurant (the food is good). The biggest problem for us was the music from the restaurant at the dinner - they have live music, but it's too loud and can't communicate with your friends at the table. It's just impossible to talk to each others while having dinner, I don't understand why they are doing this. The food is ok and the service is very quick, but we only ate once there because of the music.
This hotel is a good option, and good value for the price. Emil and the other nice guy at reception are kind. Breakfast is decent. Room carpets feel a bit old and smell a bit.could use refreshing. It's on the main road, so might be noisy for some. Spa /pool os accessed from the third floor, a bit cumbersome. Overall a good option.
