Hotel Carol

Overall, I liked the hotel. The room was clean, and the cleaning service throughout the hotel was very good, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was quite varied, with the options to choose from. The staff was polite and helpful. The only things to keep in mind are the small size of the shower cabin—it wasn’t an issue for me, but it might be uncomfortable for a larger person—and the lack of hotel parking. There is only paid street parking in the area. The room had slippers and bathrobes. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is great—fairly close to the sea and the pedestrian promenade. I recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Romania and Europe. Great service, very elegant and vintage, comfy beds, spacious rooms and exquisite breakfast. Also perfect location - so near to everything interesting in Constanta. Don’t miss this hotel if you go there!

Lovely hotel with vintage vibes, looks beautiful inside and the location is extremely good. The room we had was on the other third floor and it was super calm and quiet. The only issues I had was the bed mattress was too soft which for people with back issues is a problem. The room door and lock were flimsy. The bathroom door didn't close well and remained open. There was nothing on the balcony which was weird.
