Receptionist Viktoria was our biggest luck. She was very helpful in everything. We were also pleased with our room and its bathroom. Cleaning was good. Breakfast was quite nice. Bar and restaurant staff were also friendly. We had dinner at the hotel and were very pleased. I gave the location 5 stars because it is close to O2 Arena
Very clean and spacious rooms at an affordable price. Location is also good, close to the train and bus stations & metro. Special thanks to Karel and Julia at the reception, they were very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Prague
Nice hotel with friendly staff, especially Diana. Delicious food and cosy rooms. Only thing I missed was AC (it was only at highest floors), so in the summer the room might be too warm for a good sleep. Tram stop is very near, so though it is a bit away from the city center, you can reach there easily by tram and metro.
