Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a great location - everything was nearby, and parking was conveniently close. Breakfast was quite decent. I believe the spa would have been a pleasant experience as well, but unfortunately, it was too crowded during the weekend to fully enjoy it. What stood out most was the friendly and welcoming staff - that always makes a difference. Thank you!

Looks fancy and modern from a distance. But problematic in so many details when you start to get up close. The rooms were a bit noisy, featuring water sounds going through pipes, at all hours. Cheap furniture, cheap doors, cheap building, showing wear, tear, and missing parts here and there. The room safe box works like this: presuming it has been properly reset, introduce a 6 numbers pin followed by A or B. A little upwards arpeggio jingle should follow. Now you can close or open it by using the exact same pin that includes A or B. If not, it hasn't been properly reset, a key is needed, go to the reception desk and good luck. The indoor pool is interesting, small but warm, more like a child's toy. Features a small waterfall that you can turn on yourself if you can find the button. It's a small metalic thing right next to it, outside the pool. The waterfall is not too strong but still works great for shoulders and back massage, best feature of the entire hotel. The saunas were ok. Not too hot, no aroma, but decent generic sauna. The jacuzzi on the other hand, stay away from it. It smells like old rancid walnuts, it's not that clean, not hot enough, not lit, and not ok in any way, rather sketchy. Breakfast was great, enough variety, best dessert choices I've ever had in a hotel restaurant.

Our stay at the hotel was generally fine, but there were several aspects that left us disappointed. The lift was very slow, which became quite frustrating, especially when trying to move between floors quickly. There was no temperature control in the room, which made it difficult to feel comfortable at times. The water quality was another issue; it didn’t feel clean either in the rooms or in the spa area. The bathrobes provided were worn out and had holes in them, which didn’t create the best impression. The decor of the room felt a little overdone, with elements like rhinestones on the bed frame that seemed out of place. While most of the staff were not particularly welcoming, there was one friendly and professional member from Nepal who stood out positively. The spa area was quite small, with just two small saunas, a salt room, a jacuzzi, and a pool. I imagine it would feel overcrowded during peak season. There was also an unpleasant smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, likely coming through the ventilation system, which was off-putting. On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious and one of the highlights of the stay. However, small details, such as the cheapest toilet seat I’ve ever seen, added to the overall impression that the hotel fell short in terms of quality and attention to detail. While the experience wasn’t bad overall, these issues would make me think twice before staying here again.
