Hotel Carre Noir

Very nice hotel with a great view and pool. Staff is very friendly. I’d definitely go there again.

Not 4-star level in our books: + beautiful view + very friendly and helpful staff - not very clean (see picture of the bottom of my foot after the first few barefoot steps in the room, as well as the unused coffee cup that had a stain) - awkward smelling baby bed - cheap room odour around the dining area and the recpetion - very little shade on the sundeck around the the pool - inconvenient pool design with shaky ladders to enter - smoking staff outside the dining area at the entrance - dirty laundry trolley standing around all day all night for everyone to see - broken things standing around on the sundeck - very expensive considering the issues above – which seems to be a pattern in the region We had to leave early due to an emergency and didn’t have the chance to complain personally.

Le Vol !!! Alert! We stay 2 nights in the hotel, unfortunately there was staff theft !!! 400 euro cash in our wallet was missing. In the 2nd evening we came back to the hotel by our car, and we just checked everything was ok, cash, credit card and passport is in our bag. When we arrived at hotel we asked the staff how to go to the beach then we left 1 bag (with 400 euro inside) in the room and just walk outside for less than 1 hour then came back again to the room and stayed till next morning. After the breakfast in the hotel we drove to the Figari airport then we discovered all our cash is gone. We called the hotel immediately for asking to check the video camera but of course no any answer. Then we went to the police station in airport, due to the limited time for boarding, we have to record it in Paris!!! I think as a 4 star hotel it must do something to improve their management! And I would to alert other guests to think about if this hotel is good one to stay !!! Too risky! 很不幸我们碰到了员工偷窃 酒店无所作为！ 请各位住客谨慎考虑安全风险, 不要选择入住此酒店！
